What We’re Looking For
We are on the search for confident, dedicated and hardworking people, loaded with creativity, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
What Your Responsibilities May Include
- Keeping all Back of House areas clean and tidy
- Cleaning equipment to high standard
- Working as part of a team
- Assisting the kitchen team with designated food preparation and ad hoc duties
- Ensuring the health and safety procedures are carried out correctly
- Completing all necessary daily due diligence and recording correctly
- Making sure that cleaning standards are always upheld
- Following health and safety protocol
Additional Responsibilities May Include
- Attending training days
- Assisting managers with stock taking
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential
- Good communications skills
- Previous food handling experience is desirable
- Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices
- Food safety level 2 training provided
- High levels of personal hygiene and appearance
- Awareness of manual handling techniques, training is provided for this
- Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety, albeit training is provided
