Wealth Management Administrator


 

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, the Wealth Management Administrator is responsible for providing support to Directors and Advisers across a broad spectrum of financial issues including investment, protection and pensions.
The successful candidate will be integral to building new relationships and strengthening existing client relationships and will endeavour to be the initial contact for client enquiries.


Key responsibilities

  • Key client contact: phone calls, arranging meetings, etc.

    Preparing client agreements
  • Organising Adviser diary
  • Managing client reviews/preparing meeting packs
  • Driving and preparing meeting agendas
  • Drafting client communications including some suitability reports
  • Managing post meeting actions
  • Updating systems
  • Technical support and analysis
  • Researching and reviewing existing and new plans
  • Track utilisation of allowances etc in current tax year


Experience and knowledge

  • Efficient in all MS Office applications, platforms and websites
  • Understanding and knowledge of financial services products, providers and regulation
